Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. She will be buried next to her husband, Billy Littlejohn, Sr. at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene on Thursday.

Mrs. Littlejohn affectionately called "Honey" (because she always called everyone else Honey) was born December 19, 1932, in Hampton Virginia to James and Evelyn (Daye) Braxton. She received a varied education in Economics, Distributive Education, Professional Selling, Child Development and Psychology while in Nuremberg, Germany.

Mrs. Littlejohn applied all that she learned from work experience and education. She excelled in retail sales and management. Mrs. Littlejohn retired from AAFES after 30 years of outstanding and exemplary service. She had the ability to plan ahead and see the end result. She used good judgment at all times, thus making sensible and objective decisions. She was respected by all and will be missed by many. Mrs. Littlejohn really cared about people and especially small children.

She enjoyed her family and friends, sewing, perfume, fashion and jewelry, court shows, especially Judge Judy, Judge Joe and Judge Mathis (she always bragged that she could "win" any court case). Mrs. Littlejohn also routinely enjoyed Sonic hamburgers, oatmeal cookies, peanut butter on toast and her beloved Diet Cokes. Red was her favorite personal color, but she also preferred all hues of blue for her cars and interior decor. Mrs. Littlejohn Loved the Lord and faithfully attended Christian Fellowship Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy C. Littlejohn, Sr; her parents James and Evelyn (Daye) Braxton; her siblings, Earnest Braxton, Thelma Braxton Holloman and Vincent Braxton; her best friend and sister, Irene Tropier; and two grandchildren, Kenny C. Green, Jr. (Lil' KC) and Billy C. Littlejohn, III.

She is survived by her children, Billy Carl Littlejohn Jr. of Wichita, Kansas, Darlene Wheeler of San Angelo, and Andre V. Littlejohn of Wichita, Kansas; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends in the Midwest, the East Coast, and Texas.
