Norma Louise Smith

Norma L. Smith, 86, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019, in San Angeo. There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mrs. Smith was born July 9, 1932. She has been a resident of San Angelo since 1997. Norma loved Quilting, woodcarving and jewelry making. She was a former board member of the Salvation Army and worked with the United Way in various capacities. Norma was a founding member of the Homeless Coalition and a former member of the Concho Valley Quilters Guild. Survivors include four brothers, Jim Strieby of Atchison, Kansas, Paul Strieby of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Karl Strieby of Canada and Larry Strieby of St. Louis, Missouri; Many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Donna Thomas of Chandler. The family would like to express their thanks to the nurses of Visiting Angels and Hospice of San Angelo for their loving care.
