PATRICIA " PAT " STEWART

Patricia 'œPat'� Stewart, 69 of Menard passed away Thursday January 14, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday January 18, 2010 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with the Rev. Stephen Craft, officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM Monday January 18, 2010 at Ft. Mc Kavett Cemetery. Pat was born June 28, 1940 in San Angelo to Bonnie Marie Jordan Bearfield and Billy Valton Bearfield. Pat married Alford Cecil Stewart in San Angelo on December 18, 1957. She was a homemaker and loved to hunt and fish. She hunted in the Rocky Mountains many times and went twice to hunt big game in Africa. She was a master gardener and owned Pat'™s Plants in Ft. Mc Kavett. For over 20 years, Pat served in many of the various offices in the Creative Arts Department at the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo. Pallbearers will be Victor Diaz, Henry Woolf, Jeff Waldrop, Chris Wallace, Carroll Looney and John Raye. Pat is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Billye Marie Frock She is survived by her husband, Alford Stewart of Menard; daughters, Debbie Powell and husband, Pat of San Angelo, Inga Mc Fadden and husband, Mark of Kona Hawaii and Angela Mc Carty and husband, Randall of Carlsbad, and one son, Valton Stewart of Orange Grove, TX.; a sister Sandy Scott and husband, Bill of Grape Creek and 'œlike an adopted son'�, Mike Wallace and wife, C. J. of San Angelo; twelve grandchildren and 1 great-grand-daughter. The family wishes to express their thanks to Vista Care Hospice staff for the loving care and concern shown to Pat and our family.
