Patsy Lea Russell , 63, of San Angelo passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at a local care center. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Belvedere Memorial Park under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Patsy is survived by brother, Larry Russell, Sr., brother, Roy Dale Russell both of San Angelo along with several nieces and nephews
