Paula Jo Franklin

Paula Jo Franklin, 76, of San Angelo, passed away into eternity on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Rotary House of Hope. Family Visitation will from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, July 2, 2012 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Robert Massie Funeral Home Riverside Chapel with Pastor Scooter McCurdy officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. She was born September 24, 1935 in San Angelo to Paul Cecil Knieff and Mildred Joyce (Askey) Knieff. She was married to Garland Evan Franklin for 51 years and employed with Levi Strauss and SAISD Maintenance until she retired in 1999. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mildred, husband Garland, and infant brother, Willis Lowry Knieff. She is survived by four children, Lindy Attinello and husband John of North Carolina; Retha Harris and husband Randy of San Angelo; Benton Franklin of Brady; Mark Franklin and wife Christy of North Carolina. Grandchildren, Shannon, Zena, Chassidy, Hannah, Sarah, Havilah, Marina Jo, Amber, and Lauren; five great-grandchildren, Sisters, Linda Baird of Miles, Texas, Toni Bowyer of Austin, Texas and Vickie Cope of Grape Creek, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations to Rotary House of Hope would be appreciated.
