PETE L. LEA

Pete L. Lea, 84, of San Angelo passed away November 25, 2007 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Pete was born in Kingston, Oklahoma; October 28, 1923, to John F. and Martha Sanders Lea. He was married to his wife, Bobby Miller, in 1954. He was preceded in death by; his parents, John and Martha Lea; wife, Bobby, one brother Billy Joe Lea, and one sister Virginia Pittman. He is survived by; his two sisters, Mildred Hill of Amarillo, Texas; Cozetta James, of Brownsville, Oregon; brother-in-law, Jerry Miller of San Angelo, Texas; special, dear, friend, Bertha Eaten of San Angelo, Texas; and many friends residing at the Rio Concho Manor in San Angelo, Texas. Pete served United States Army from 1940 - 1948, he also served in the United States Air Force from 1949 - 1961, where he retired.
