PETRA GONZALEZ Petra Gonzalez, 92, of San Angelo passed away at a hospital in Visalia, CA. Rosary service will be held at 7:00pm Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am Thursday, May 2, 2013 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Joey Faylona officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Petra was born in Junction, TX on July 28, 1920 to Onofre and Guadalupe (Garza) Gonzales. As a young adult she was an avid swimmer and continued swimming up in to her 80's she was also an avid dancer, even dancing up in to her 90's. Petra lived a good and wholesome life. Petra is survived by her son, Larry Gonzales and wife, Ofelia; grandchildren Samantha Gonzales, Sterling Gonzales all of Visalia; Yvette Gonzales, Steele Gonzales of Long Beach, CA and Seneca Orsak of San Angelo.
