Richard Patterson

Richard Calvin Patterson, 76, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024, in Eden.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home in San Angelo.

Mr. Patterson was born April 6, 1948 in Baytown where he was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. Richard was a lifelong resident of the Houston area before moving th San Angelo 2 months ago. Richard worked for Exxon Mobil for over 30 years. Richard loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Bengels Motorcycle Club in Baytown. Richard was an avid Houston Oilers fan until they moved to Tennessee.

Survivors include his two daughters, Karen Patterson of Baytown and Robin Davis and husband Jason of San Angelo; two sons, Derrek Patterson and wife Brenda of Spring and Thomas Birdwell of Danbury; a brother, Jimmy Pattersaon and wife Debbie of Pasadena; a sister, Debbie Bertalotto and husband Keith of Louisiana; and seven grandchildren, Cameron, Nicholas, Kaydence, Jewell, Colin, Calvin, and Chad.
