Richard Villarreal

Richard Villarreal, 55, of San Angelo, passed away Saturday October 25, 2008 in San Angelo. Prayer service will be at 6pm Sunday October 26, 2008 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10am Monday October 27, 2008 at Word of Life Assembly of God with the Pastor David Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Richard was born in Coolidge, AZ to Anastacio and Virginia Villarreal on February 7, 1953. He went to school in San Angelo. He married Sara Duran on March 15, 1970 in San Angelo. Richard is preceded in death by his biological father Anastacio Villarreal and step father Alex "Choforo" Flores. Richard is survived by his wife Sara Villarreal, Daughter Michelle Torres and her husband George Torres, of San Angelo; Son Micheal Villarreal of Georgia and his wife Joy, Brothers Anastacio "Tacho" Villarreal, JohnVillarreal, both of San Angelo, and Steve Flores of Houston,TX. Sisters Nellie Sosa, Lydia Vega, and Eva Villarreal, Mother Virginia Flores, and Grandchildren Justin Torres, Scarlet Torres, all of San Angelo and Marcella Ann Villarreal of Georgia. Pallbearers will be John Villarreal, Joe Sosa, Willie Villarreal, Richard Villarreal, Ruben Moreno and Justin Torres. The family of Richard Villarreal wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Dr. Hunt and all of the nurses at Angelo Community hospital.
