Robert Blaine Kelley

Robert "Bob" Kelley, passed away at his home in Mertzon on April 24, 2016, at the age of 57. Visitation will be 6 PM to 8 PM Friday, April 29, 2016 at the funeral home. Memorial service will be 4 PM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Mills Caraway officiating. Services are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Robert was born August 17, 1958 in Kansas City, MO to Richard and Jerry (Wagoner) Kelley. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, then a life-long career follow as a Petroleum Engineer in the west Texas oil fields. When not in the oil field, Bob enjoyed working with his cattle and on his hay farm. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a master craftsman. Robert was preceded in death by: his parents; his brother, Jeff Kelley; and son, Cody Quigg Robert is survived by: his loving wife of 30 years, Suzie Kelley; his children, Clint Kelley and wife Casey, Megan Kelley, and Allison Johnson and husband Jack; daughter-in-law, Sally Quigg; grandchildren; Cody, Bianca, Tresten, and Lexi; sisters, Jill Ulrych and Jan Carlson; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
