Roosevelt McArthur Kelly

Roosevelt "Mack" McArthur Kelly, 79, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, at his home.

Public viewing will be from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mr. Kelly was born August 30, 1942 in Rome, Georgia. Mack has been a resident of San Angelo since 1976. Mack owned and operated R Kelly Plastering where he was known as a hard worker and he retired in 2013. Mack loved racing cars, hunting and fishing. He would go nearly every day to Whataburger for breakfast and then to Hidalgos Restaurant for lunch to hangout and be with his friends.

Survivors include three sons, Roosevelt Kelly, Jr. of Edgewater, Florida, Troy Kelly of Bunnell, Florida, and Tracy Kelly and wife Kim of San Angelo; four daughters, Doris Altman of Edgewater, Florida, Tammie Foley, Melissa Kelly, and Devonna Kelly all of San Angelo; 24 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, four brothers, Alton Kelly, Tony Kelly both of New Smyrna, Florida, Junior Kelly and wife Diane of Rome, Georgia, and Gene Kelly and wife Robin of New Smyrna, Florida; a sister, Charlene Kelly of New Smyrna, Florida. Mack was preceded in death by his parents, John and Betty Kelly; two brothers, Billy Kelly and Randy Kelly.
