Rosalinda Castaneda, of San Angelo, passed away on June 15, 2019 in San Angelo. Rosalinda Castaneda was born in San Angelo to Antonia Pena & Jesse Pena on September 13, 1946. She married Alfredo "Fred" Castaneda on November 15,1965, in San Angelo, TX. She worked as a caregiver for 30 years. She enjoyed spending all of her time with her family, friends and her dog pebbles. She loved to drink coffee even if it was 100 degrees outside. She always put others before herself even if it meant she got no sleep. She welcomed everyone with opens arms and treated you as family. We will always remember her caring heart and her warm embrace she gave us. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day-and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 Rosalinda Castaneda is preceded in death by Jesse Pena (Father), Cynthia Soto (Daughter), Jesse Pena (Brother), Vicente Pena (Brother). Pallbearers will be Juan Soto Jr, Adam Castaneda, Emett Luna, Mark Sanchez, Issac Sanchez, Francisco Gomez. Rosalinda Castaneda is survived by Alfredo Castaneda (Spouse), Juan and Rosie Soto (Grandson), Leylah and Lexus Escobedo (Great-grandchildren), Antonia A. Pena (Mother), Norma and Danny Arambula (Sister), Corina Castaneda (Niece), Chentel Castaneda (Niece), Jessica and Rodolfo Martinez (Niece). Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM June 19, 2019 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home.
