Rosalinda Perez De La Cruz

Rosalinda (Linda) P. De La Cruz, 69, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family on October 12, 2018. Rosalinda was born November 11, 1948 in San Angelo, Texas to Jesus "Sonny" Perez Sr. and Juanita Salazar Perez. Linda was a loving mother to her only son, devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, and a caring daughter to her parents. It can be said that Linda spent a lifetime caring for those around her. For over three decades, Linda dedicated much of her time to her career in the banking industry and enjoyed serving the public and working alongside her coworkers who became her lifelong friends. Linda is preceded in death by her father Jesus Sonny Perez Sr. and her mother, Juanita Salazar Perez. Linda is survived by her son, Rick De La Cruz and his wife Melissa; and her grandchildren Justin Michael and Daniella Jo De La Cruz who affectionately referred to Linda as their "Nana Rose". Linda is also survived by her brother, Jesus "Sonny" Perez Jr.; niece Stephanie Perez and her daughter, Alexi Casillas; and niece Erica Perez and her son, Kashton Vara. A rosary will be held at Robert Massie Funeral Home at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 16th. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 17th, followed by graveside services at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home.
