ROSENDO R. REYNA

Rosendo R. Reyna, 86, of San Angelo passed away on Monday, January 25, 2010 at his residence. A Prayer Service will be at 6:00pm Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. A Funeral Service will be at 11:00am Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Ora R. Guidry officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Valentine Reyna, Augustine Reyna, Raymond Reyna, Michael Gloria, Rudy Vijil, Jr., Freddy Vigil, and Joshua Rosendo Reyna. Rosendo was born on March 1, 1923 to Encarnacion and Simona Reyna in Karnes City, Texas. He married Lupe Reyna on June 16, 1946 in Rhineland, Texas and was a rancher. Rosendo was preceded in death by a son, Erasmo Reyna. Survivors include his wife, Lupe; daughters, Ora Guidry of San Angelo; Odulia Vijil of San Angelo; and Juanita Moreno of Abilene; sons, Ernesto Reyna of San Angelo; Ector Reyna of Allen; Elias Reyna of San Angelo; and Eddie Reyna of San Angelo. Twenty-seven grandchildren and fifty-one great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Vista Care Hospice and there staff for their help.
