RUBY L. WILLIAMS

Ruby L. Williams, age 84, of San Angelo passed away on Friday, March 10, 2006 at a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eddie Tingle of Miles First Baptist Church officiating. Ruby was born on September 5, 1921 in Lovington, NM to Lester Lee Williams and Josephine Staggs Williams. She married Jesse "Roger" Williams on December 4, 1947 in Ft. Worth. Roger passed away on May 19, 1980. She was a homemaker and a long-time resident of San Angelo. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers; Paul, Byron, John, Marvin and Carl; sisters; Edie, Nell and Vondell. She is survived by her sister-in-law Jo Williams of Weatherford and many nieces and nephews.
