Russell Edward Bumann

Russell Edward Bumann, 48, of San Angelo, passed away on February 14, 2017 at his residence. He was born on June 14, 1968 to Jon and Marilyn (Itz) Bumann in San Angelo. Russell worked as a fireman for SAFD. He was an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons. He worked the last several years doing landscaping as Bumann Landscaping. Russell is survived by his parents, Jon and Marilyn Bumann of San Angelo, sons, Jon Brandon Bumann of Katy, TX, Stuart Bumann and Connor Bumann, both of Wall, TX, sister, Michelle (Heath) Crenwelge and their children, Collin and Natalie Crenwelge all of Dallas, aunts, Patricia Preas of Grape Creek, and Lois (Ted) Zeidler of Weston, WI, and a host of friends. Viewing will be 5:00pm and the rosary will start at 7:00pm Friday, February 17, 2017 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Mass will be 10:00am Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Holy Angels Catholic Church, with Father Charles Greenwell, officiating. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
