RUTH BATEMAN DAUGHTRY

Ruth Bateman Daughtry, 86, of San Angelo passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at her residence. Graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday, August 18, 2006 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Ruth was born April 4, 1920 in Rochelle, TX to James and Sabra Stovall. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan and loved Emmett Smith. She was preceded in death by daughter Thresa L. Gary; great-grandchild Elizabeth Marie Aylor and great-grandchild Erin Michelle Mills. Ruth is survived by her daughters Kaye Wade and husband, Ivan of San Angelo; Karen Porter and husband, John of Houston; son Richard L. Newsom of Ft. Stockton; nine grandchildren ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Hospice of San Angelo for all the gentle care given to our Ruth.
