SALLY ROSENTHAL

Sally Rosenthal, 84 of San Angelo went to be with the Lord on August 30, 2009 at an area nursing home. Rosary will be 7:00 PM Tuesday September 1, 2009 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday September 2, 2009 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with the Monsignor Maurice Voity, of Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, officiating. Sally Stluka Rosenthal, was born Sally Marcelle Mc Anally on August 25, 1925 in Gurdon, Arkansas to William H. and Dona Mauldin Mc Anally. She is preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Ernest Stluka and Arthur A Rosenthal. Sally coached a Steven F. Austin Grey - YMCA football team to the city championship and many went on to become Central High School Bobcats. She was devoted mother and friend to many. She is survived by her son; Ben W. Stluka and wife, Frances Ducote Stluka, grandson; Ben W. Stluka Jr. and wife Marianne and precious twin granddaughters, Keira Ann and Ava Marie Stluka. Special friends are the Kenny Blanek and Mark Hoffmann families. The family wishes to give special thanks to the Meadow Creek Nursing Center staff and Lighthouse Hospice.
