Samuel Dale Mobley

Samuel D. Mobley, 76, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021, in Robert Lee.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home in San Angelo.

Mr. Mobley was born January 26, 1945 in Bakersfield, California. Samuel graduated from Bakersfield High School. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict in China, Okinawa, Japan and Alaska. Samuel married Mary Robinson and she preceded him in death in 1987. He has been a resident of Robert Lee for the past 15 years. Samuel was a paint contractor. He liked to take walks in the state park and watching sunrises and sunsets. Samuel love watching western, never missing Gun Smoke. He treated his dogs like they were his kids.

Survivors include a niece, Samantha Smith; a sister, Geri Kiem; and extended family, Ryan Harless, Scott S. Smith, Jeff Kiem, Brad Kiem, and Bob Kiem.
