SARAH FAYE FITCHETT ROCHA

Sarah Faye Fitchett Rocha, 74, of San Angelo passed away Thursday, August 2, 2007 at Cedar Manor. Rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM, Sunday August 5, 2007 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 6, 2007 at the Sacred Heart Cathedral with Father Maurice Voity officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Sarah Faye was born March 23, 1933 in San Angelo to Juan and Sarah Fitchett. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Samuel F. Garivay; sisters Rumalda Minjarez, Lucercia Perez, and Matilda Jio; great-grandchildren Kelsey, Chelsea and Matthew Fulgencio. Survivors are her daughters Anita Garivay, Sylvia Garivay and her partner Marcel Enriquez all of San Angelo; Patricia Delgado of Denver, Colorado; step-daughter Raquel Pantoja of Amarillo, Texas; a sister, Amanda Jio of San Angelo; grandchildren Gregory Garivay, Adrian Sanchez, Thomas Sanchez, Nicole Garivay, Amber Jean Marshall, Leia Marie Marshall, Kendall Sloan Sanchez; great-grandchildren Joshua DeLa Cerda and Gregory Garivay II; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Pallbearers will be Joe Minjarez, Henry Jio, Mario Jio, Jaime Mata, Thomas Sanchez and Adrian Sanchez. Honorary pallbearers are Randy Minjarez, Norman Perez, Paul Jio, Ruben Jio Jr. and Robert Trevino. The family extends a special thank you, to the staff at Cedar Manor, Vista Care Hospice, Dr. Stanley and Dr. Chang for the wonderful care given to Sarah Faye.
