Sharon Ruth Moffitt Dove

Sharon Ruth Moffitt Dove, 67, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 26th at the First Baptist Church of San Angelo with Pastor James Hassell, officiating. Burial will follow in the Miles Cemetery under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home. Sharon was born on January 16, 1947 in Paris, TX to Thomas, Jr and Mildred (Beagles) Moffitt. She was loved by everyone she met and never met a stranger. Sharon managed several different Town & Country Stores for several years. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church and Challengers Sunday School Class. Sharon is survived by her son Melvin Greer; mother, Mildred Stanley; sister Marcia Gregory and husband, Ron all of San Angelo; granddaughter, Sierra Greer; grandson, Alex Greer; grandson, Jesse Greer; uncle Robert and Lu Ella Stanley; niece, Davinia McComb; nephew, Will Shore; nephew, Ike Shore and her precious little dog, Sandy. Pallbearers will be T. L. Steward, Curtis Kiser, Johnny Ratliff and Alex Lucero.
