TERESA PALACIO HERNANDEZ

Teresa Palacio de Hernandez, 87 of San Angelo passed away early Tuesday morning, February 15, 2011 at her home. Rosary will be 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Deacon Pedro Garcia, of San Pablo Apostle, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Arnoldo Ayala, Enrique Hernandez, Jr., Ignacio Varquera Jr., Hugo Rosales, Miguel Rodriguez Jr., Roberto Hernandez Jr. Teresa was born on October 13, 1923 in Madero del Rio, Mexico to Juanita (Zuniga) and Juan Manuel Palacio. She was a loving, kind wife, mother, sister and abuelita. She married Esteban Hernandez and he preceded her in death in December of 1980. She is survived by ten children; Maria G. Ayala, Enrique Hernandez and wife, Juanita, Yolanda Varquera and husband, Ignacio, Juanita Rosales and husband, Sabino, Roberto Hernandez and wife, Argentina, Ana Rodriguez and husband, Miguel, Maricela Alfaro and husband, Nephtali, Jose Luis Hernandez, Martin Hernandez, Esteban Hernandez Jr.. She is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren, sixty-eight great-grandchildren. The family wants to give special thanks to Dr. Dawn Gonzales and Mrs. Jeanie and all the family and friends for their thoughts and prayers.
