Thelma Lewis

Thelma "Mama Sue" Lewis, 72, of San Angelo passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013 at a local hospital. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Thelma was born on February 15, 1941 in San Angelo to Sherman and Mabel (Grant) Mornes. She enjoyed decorating her home, curling up with a good book and fishing. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Mable Mornes. Thelma is survived by her daughter Debbie Fitchett of Dallas, TX; son Verdell Lewis, Jr. of San Angelo; sister Brenda Mornes of San Angelo; brother Roger Mornes of San Angelo; brother-in-law Tyrone Coleman of San Angelo; grandchildren, August Lewis, Cirillo Fitchett and Candra Lewis.
