Vera Fay Williams

Vera F. (Fay) Williams 86, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on May 18, 2018 at her son's home in Granbury. Fay was born to Allie and Bill Smith in Hamilton County, Texas on May 2, 1932. She was the next to youngest of 10 children and grew up mostly in the Millersview and Eden area. Faye was preceded in death by her husband Billie Williams, her parents Bill and Allie Smith; brothers Ervin Smith and Cleve Smith; sisters, Opal Price, Louise Rawls, Jewel Schafer, and Alfleta Alexander. Those left to treasure her life are her daughter, Debra Fay Farr (Randy) of Tolar, Texas; sons; Rex Williams of Granbury, Texas; Billy Williams (Katy) of Stephenville, Texas; Jay Williams (Jolene) of Junction Texas; sister, Willie Alexander of San Angelo, Texas; brothers; Charlie Smith (Claudia) of Lohn, Texas and Vernon Smith and Linda of San Angelo, Texas. Also 17 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and far too many loving and wonderful friends all over the country to mention. Public viewing will be from 10:00am to 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Vera's wishes were to be cremated following her service.
