William Joseph Skiff

William Joseph Skiff passed away on July 15, 2013 at the age of 48. Bill was born February 7, 1965 in Corpus Christi, TX to Carl and Norma Jean Skiff. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Robert Massie Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend JT Tucker officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home. Bill worked as a Salesman in the Insurance and Automotive industries. He had the ability to connect with people and never met a stranger. His outgoing personality and deep voice drew people to him but his talent for creative conversation was his greatest gift to share with them. Bill is survived by his children Clay Skiff and Bailey Skiff of West, TX, his father Carl Skiff, Sr. and wife Gail of Tacoma WA, his mother Norma Jean Skiff of San Angelo, TX, his brother Carl Skiff, Jr. of Amarillo, TX, his sister Becky Jones of San Angelo, TX, nieces and nephews Scooter and Danny Skiff of San Angelo, TX, Garrett Hollway and Amber Jones of San Angelo, TX and great-nieces Abby Skiff and Danielle Skiff of San Angelo, TX. Bill is also survived by a large group of friends who shared many good times with him and who will greatly miss his laughter and jokes.
