Willie Garcia, 81, of San Angelo passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at a local nursing home. Rosary will be 7:00p.m. Friday, February 19, 2010 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00a.m. Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Cremation will follow services at a later date. Survivors include his daughter; Gloria Martinez; son'™s Mario Garcia, David Garcia and William Garcia; sisters Nellie Soto, Elaine Davila and Marcy Woznick.
