Cynthia Soto

Cynthia Soto, 57, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023, at her home.

Mrs. Soto was born June 16, 1966 in Muleshoe to Raymond Enriquez and Olivia (Lopez) Rodriguez. She was a 1984 graduate of Morton High School. Cynthia received her master's in from Howard College in criminology. Cynthia married Ben Soto on September 21, 2010 in San Angelo. She has been a resident of San Angelo most of her life. Cynthia loved being with her grandchildren, traveling, camping, being outdoors. She was a loving and giving person. Cynthia was a former corrections officer and was currently employed at Ethicon on the floor.

Survivors include her husband, Ben Soto of the home; three daughters, Angelina Soto, and Alyssia Solis both of San Angelo, and Tisha Serrano of San Antonio; two sons, Venancio Soto, IV of San Angelo, and Nathan Orozco of Minnesota; nine grandchildren; four sisters, Norma DeLaRosa of San Angelo, Rose Enriquez of Phoenix, Arizona, Betty Martinez of Lubbock, and Trinidad Enriquez of San Angelo. Cynthia was preceded by her mother, Olivia Rodriguez; grandparents, Rafael and Jovita Enriquez, and Theodore and Francis Lopez; and a granddaughter, Addilyn Pena.
