Donna was born on September 15, 1961 to Daniel Jr. Rios and Maria Cecilia Rios in Ozona, Texas. She was a 1979 graduate of Central High School. Donna enjoyed crafting, crocheting, and even had her own jewelry business, named "Made by the Heart." She spent most of her time enjoying life with family and friends dancing away. Donna was definitely the life of the party. She was the most caring and loving lady; she will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her father, Daniel Rios Jr.; sister, Brenda Morales and husband Reggie; brother, Daniel Rios III and wife Connie; two daughters, Christina Smith and husband Daniel and Cassandra DeArruda and husband Mark; son, Jeremy Ybarra and wife Alma; eight grandsons, Amelio Ardoin, Jayden Hernandez, Julien Hernandez, Jorden Hernandez, Christien Ardoin, Adyn Ardoin, JJ Ybarra, and Jojo Ybarra; and two granddaughters, Mireya Ybarra and Aaleyah Ybarra.
The family is immensely grateful to the staff of West Texas Rehab's Hospice of San Angelo, she was well loved and beautifully cared for.
